While In Vegas Owen recalls he and his friends went to gamble and drink at every place they could while Brittany and other friends freeloaded Owen and other friends. Brittany was the kind of friend one can’t afford to have as an unhappy friend or wife.

The 2015 tax season closing and the new challenges for 2016

Thankfully this 2015 tax season and its closing was not as challenging as prior years, this year tax season was easier and it run smoother than before, this year for the first time I was able to be at 2 places at the same time for practical purposes, while I was out in the field meeting clients Robert was at our office all the time meeting our appointments and taking good care of them while I could assist them remotely online.

We keep on expanding our services for our clients, this year we introduce our services for Marriage, Divorce, Audit representation, tax resolution and more to come.

El dia que conoci a Hillary Clinton

Aquel dia de la semana pasada fue un dia muy especial porque en aquel dia en Santa Monica conoci personajes muy interesantes y algunas celebridades famosas de Hollywood tambien junto con Robert.

En este evento tube la oportunidad de conocer a la ex secretaria de estado (ex ministra de relaciones exteriors/ canciller) de los Estados Unidos de America la senora Hillary Clinton.

Llegamos a esta casa de Santa Monica muy temprano y fuimos los primeros en la cola para entrar a este evento, poco a poco fueron llegando los invitados y muy pronto se armo una cola muy larga, Luego entramos y fuimos los primeros en entrar a la primera fila de asientos del evento y estariamos muy cerca de ella cuando empiece su discurso.

Luego nos llamaron a hacer la cola para tomar la fotografia official con ella, llego nuestro turno y mi primera impression fue de sorpresa porque ella resulto ser mucho mas alta de lo que yo me imaginaba.

Cuando llego mi turno, la muchacha que me contacto para este evento Stephanie me presento a ella le dijo este es Enrique, Hillary me dio la mano y me dio un apreton de manos muy firme mientras ella me miraba a los ojos con sus ojos azules me dijo “muchas gracias Enrique por tu generosa colaboracion” y mi mente se puso en blanco mientras todo loque yo pensaba decirle se esfumo de mi mente, un Segundo mas tarde recorde lo que yo le queria decir, y le dije “Hillary cuando tu seas presidenta por favor aprueba tus ordenes ejecutivas (decretos supremos) para la reforma migratioria, estos tienen que ser mas genericos para poder ayudar a mas y mas presonas posibles y estos tambien deben incluir todas las provisiones de las que los republicanos siempre hablan como deber hablar inges, pagar impuestos, tener un record limpio, etc y asi los republicanos no puedan oponerse y los tendras acorralados”, Hillary me sonrio y me dijo “y lo haremos rapidamente”, nos tomamos la fotografia official. Ella me mantubo la mano sujetada por todo el mometo mientras yo le hablaba, y ella me miraba a los ojos directamente, lo que yo senti como un interes real de su parte, curiosidad por saber lo que yo queria expresarle, la note muy sincera, no tube la impression de que ella lo haya fingido. Ella es real.

Immediatamente despues me invitaron a pasar al patio mientras era el turno de Robert en hablarle y tomarse la fotografia con ella.

Luego pasamos a l patio y tomamos nuestros asientos, luego vino Hillary a dar su discurso que fue muy interesante e inclusive para todos los que vivimos en los Estados Unidos.

Cuando ella termino su discurso, las presonas se acercaban a ella nuevamente justo como sucede en todos los debates, nos acercamos nuevamente a ella, y esta ves le pedimos tomar otra fotografia con ella per esta ves los 3 juntos, Robert, Hillary y yo, esta fotografia la tomo su asistente a pedido de la misma Hillary que le entrego mi telefono ella misma.

Last week I had the chance to go to an event in Santa Monica, at this event full of world known celebrities Robert and myself had the chance to exchange some of our views of the current political environment.

At this event we had the chance to meet presidential candidate Madame Secretary Hillary Clinton.

While at the photo line we noticed some people having small conversations with Hillary, we were thinking on doing the same; I didn’t want to be selfish and talk about my own concerns. I have a mental note to talk about my clients concerns, as a Tax Accountant and Tax Representative I had an idea of what I wanted to share with her and a question to ask.

Then her aide introduced me to her, Hillary told me “Hello and thank you for your help to our campaign Enrique”, then my mind went completely blanch and my speech went away too.

I thought of my clients and then I recalled to bring to her attention income inequality and Immigration reform thinking of my clients., I said “Hillary when you become president, please help as much people as possible with your immigration reform executive orders, I believe it must include what both parties want for the path to citizenship such as had paid and filed taxes, pass a background check, pay a fine, so no one can deny it” and Hillary responded “and we got to do it right away”

We took the picture and then they called Robert for his time with Hillary.

After taking the pictures we walked to the backyard for the most interesting part of the eve, a very inspiring speech. We had really good seats at the very first row; they were some Hollywood celebrities present and they were sitting in the back, we also engaged in some political casual conversation with some of them.

During Hillary's speech she spoke about all the issues that affect America, she mentioned some personality names in the audience, then she said I see some successful people people in their fields here, while looking at us, Hillary made my day, my month, my year...

Once Hillary finished her speech people started surrounding her for some more pictures and some more chat, it happened just like what we have seen on TV. We approached her one more time for some more conversation and some more pictures, this was a fun experience.
