March in Tax Season
March is here and it means it is Tax season’s last month.
The first two months are usually the busiest months with
clients rushing to get their income taxes done for various reasons. From my own
experience the clients that rush to file their tax returns are individuals that
need the refund.
While the clients
that wait are the ones that have a more structured and organized financial life
and they tend to take their own time to file their personal and business tax
returns.
I always will suggest my clients and everybody else of the
best use of a tax return refund is to pay debt, credit cards, auto loans,
student loans and mortgages. If you have no debt at all, then go ahead and save
that refund for a rainy day, and then enjoy a portion of that tax refund.
It always make me sad to see a clients messy financial
situation, some individuals can’t help, and they just but keep on getting on
more and more debt and spending on every single penny that lands on their
hands, including the tax refund. It saddens me even more when that messy tax
payer have children.
In the bright side of March we have our loyal clients for
over the past few years, but this year with our new office location in Culver
City we are getting the locals and bystanders too, new clients and their tax
situation always get us excited.

I am glad to share our new OREM office is busy with our
Income tax Services and with the new services such as Immigration services,
Credit repair, Bankruptcy, Marriage services, Divorce services, Business
bookkeeping services, Business sep up services, and more.
The current Tax Season is in full swing and we are swamped
with tax clients work at the office and a wedding, we keep on doing our best to
help our loyal clients and new ones too.
I have to confess that the demand for our services make me
realize that our marketing efforts are seeing the way we plan it.
Business is steady with our loyal clients and as we take on
the services challenge we can only imagine that in a few years we should be
growing beyond our first goals when we started this organization.
I am very grateful to have on board the right individuals
that help us grow our organization.

Brick and mortar office ready for business in 2015...
December is finely here and we are pretty excited for 2015,
we have our brick and mortar office almost ready for business, we are also
having these last inspections and office arrangements to get fully ready for
our current clients and the new ones too.
I’m also excited
because we had grown with more business associates, Tax Preparers, Tax Agents
and Networking Partners.
There is a lot of work to do in a location, this is not the
first time that we have an office but this time it seem to be a lot more work
to do than before. Everything is going great, having neighbor stores and other
business owners around is a quite different experience.
Come and visit us at 12331 w Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, 90066.

The OREM Corporation New Head Quarters...
There are lots of considerations, distance from other
businesses, location, first floor, second floor, visibility, driving distance
from home, weekend availability, parking for clients, etc.
I’ve considered the shared spaces for the economical prices
and the convenience for neighbor businesses too.
We also considered a big location right in a busy street in
Culver City, but the monthly budget is not at the point yet.
There is even a store front right across the street of a gas
station that could drive traffic to the office. The only down side of this
location was the fact that this office didn’t have the interior office
partitions required for our organization, which is an office for the Accounting
company, another one for the Real Estate and the Foundation. This last location also needed
too much money to be invested in the partition walls and electrical for the
offices, not a good option after all.
We searched farther away and found some suitable places and
very good looking offices and front stores, unfortunately the budget always
came as too far away.
There is a saying, sometimes the solution of your problem is
right in front of you but you don’t realize it.
One Saturday night, after having dinner at my favorite
Chinese restaurant I got a fortune cookie that told me something like, you
found your fortune place.
The same night while walking back home from this Chinese
restaurant I saw this Store front with two big windows to a very busy street,
with a brick and mortar facade, right in front of a bank branch of the biggest
bank chain of America, also right across the street of a busy gas station and
surrounded by local businesses, in front on two us stops and with its own
parking.
The words that immediately pop in my head was Location,
location, location!! And certainly one only can wonder where can I find a
better office store front than this one? walking distance from my own home?
What else can I desire?
The price range was right at our budget level, so after
contacting the owner and having coordinated a visit, and after doing some more
research, running more numbers and a smooth negotiation, we signed the lease
for this unbeatable location.
So after years of searching we finely found out office for
the OREM Corporation. We’ll have more good news to share soon.
This past weeks we were in the process of moving and
improving some details of our new Head Quarters.
