It is with great pleasure I share OREM Realty was approved by the DRE Department of Real Estate of California to do business in California.

 At the OREM organization we are working hard to implement all the tools needed to help all our current and new clients with their property purchase, pre qualification, financing, etc.

August is finely here and we cant wait for the OREM Appreciation Party that will be held at the Historic Culver Hotel,  we are excited to announce the opening of OREM Realty office near Culver City.

At he OREM Party we will introduce our future Real Estate Agents too.

We are glad to reward our best Tax Preparers, Tax Agents whose work had helped us to extend our OREM Networks throughout the United States; we will also reward our best Partners that helped us to expand our OREM Frontiers.

The awards had arrived and they are ready for their recipients whose work and dedication made OREM Grown beyond our original expectations.

We will be awarding some of our clients that partnered with us via Pictures and videos and helped us to expand our Frontiers via marketing we went beyond our expectations reaching individuals and organizations from all over America and the world,

We will be also announcing the winner of the iPad mini and the proceeds will go to the LeapFrog Project, a project from OREM Foundation to rebuild the Philippines after the devastation of the Typhoon Yolanda.

A new year and new challenges...

The  2014 season is finally upon us. Tax Season is just around the corner; this year it starts on January 31. Old clients, new clients, new referrals, new businesses that need of direction will come knocking on the door.  I used to feel a bit anxious about this but it became a mere routine.

What has me really excited is the fact that I waiting for my Real Estate test next week, then launch OREM Realty Inc.  which I already started.  At first,  I was not too convinced about getting into Real Estate but my Income Tax clients keep on asking me about real estate. Some of my clients have purchased property for themselves so it makes perfect sense to me to get a Real Estate License because otherwise I’m losing money big time.

Also,  this year  in 2014  we are getting our turn with the processing of OREM Foundation, the non profit side of OREM Accounting Tax. We have been waiting for almost two  years.

The only thing that kind of worries me  is the fact that after this Tax Season or April 2014 this will be the first year that I have nothing to do, no license to obtain,  and no new business to start.  I hope boredom does not kick in.

November the busy month before tax season...

Finally   November is here. This is the month when usually clients start to rush over accounting records and start to get ready for tax season.

In my case I start to get ready for tax season by making sure everything is in place, current tax software, bank products up to date, tax preparers ready, advertisement ready, and this year the new affordable care act or Obamacare in place I have an extra work by helping clients to sign up.

Also, by getting this new Real Estate license made my half year more interesting than usual; I’m glad to share that I passed all 3 college classes required, and I’m ready to take the California state examination, too bad they told me it’ll take about a month and half to schedule it. Now I’ll be forced to keep all the information fresh for the next weeks instead on moving on to the next challenge like I planned.

I’m very excited to share that this coming 2014 tax season that at OREM tax services we’ll have more agents helping us to further our services in different states,

This year I wonder what license are we getting in 2014? Because I obtained all the important licenses we planned and need. I guess it is time to start to get thing easy and just enjoy while networking everywhere we go.

I have the idea of teaching business accounting, tax write offs, on different cities and states. That is a request that I get often when talking to some people all the time.

The 2013 businees wheel keeps on moving after tax season ended..

As of today June 2013 I’m still recovering from the 2013 Tax Season. And I already started the plans that I have for  the OREM organization for the rest of 2013. Taking things easy and reading my real estate principles book. I know the business wheel keeps on moving.

For starters we have built and still building a Real Estate Company in California. OREM Real Estate. I submitted the Real Estate Corporation application to the California Secretary of state; And after much consideration we have some Real Estate Brokers to helps us with this effort.

At the same time we started to build a Real Estate study group to crunch the 3 classes required by California to obtain our sales Real Estate license, Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Finance, we planned on finish by the end of the year. So far we have 9 members in this study group and we are still accepting more members to join our organization once the

license is in place.

We also have planned an east coast tour, I’ll be touring some major cities in the east coast to visit some friends, clients and potential income tax preparers, I’m planning to visit Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York and Philadelphia. We are still working on the details. I can’t wait for July and visit Boston, Hartford, New York, Pennsylvania, etc

I’m also proud to announce that after waiting for almost for 1 year we finely obtained some approvals for our   Acceptance Agents. An Acceptance Agent is an individual that can process a tax identification number for non-resident individuals (individuals without papers) and since the Amnesty law seems imminent this year, that means that we will be very busy helping this individuals in the whole country, yes their tax powers are valid in 50 of the 50 united states.

We are still waiting on the IRS approval for other 8 applicants for Acceptance Agents.

I may not seem like a lot but by just thinking on what needs to be done here to keep everything working all of the sudden seems like a lot or responsibility, many people rely on me and this organizations.
